Service Description

Reformer class, which caters to all fitness levels with a special focus on male participants with little or no reformer experience. This class combines reformer movements with strength-building exercises tailored to suit the male physique.

Cancellation Policy

Participants are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the session. This policy aims to uphold the integrity of our class schedule and allows us to accommodate those on waiting lists or arrange alternatives for our instructors.
