Service Description
Experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates in a welcoming Family Friendly (FF) environment, designed for parents or guardians and children aged 12–14 to train together. Improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance and overall wellbeing with expert instruction in our boutique Reformer Pilates Studio. Suitable for all abilities. Please note: Participants aged 12–14 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Participants are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the session. This policy aims to uphold the integrity of our class schedule and allows us to accommodate those on waiting lists or arrange alternatives for our instructors.
