GYM MEMBERSHIP PRICING
We offer membership packages to best suit your needs.

VIEWING AND SIGN UP ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
NOTE: In order to maintain comfort of use for our members, we will be implementing a cap on new memberships at approximately 250 members!
Membership is open to individuals aged 15 years and above. For those aged 12 to 15, a gym assessment is required along with a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, individuals in this age group must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while using the gym facilities.

NOTE: All FHQ memberships are charged at a fixed monthly rate, even during a 5-week month, in order to keep billing simple, consistent and great value all year round.
There is a 3 month minimum term with all memberships and a 1 month notice period for cancellation.
If this commitment period is not suited to your circumstances, please take a look
at our great value reformer package offers instead.
stack memberships
You can now "Stack" your memberships, allowing you to combine gym access with classes, all with a single monthly payment.
*Subject to gym membership availability. In person sign up and gym induction required.*
